I think people can get just about any aircraft or senary they want via download. I think programing changes are going to make MSFS 2006 better than previous versions how about some interactive (which it already is) VOICE RECOGNITION (which it already isn't) ATC. I can't stand pressing buttons for saying what I want to say to ATC.

SID's / STARS of course, holds, maybe adding some corp aircraft (Gulfstream,Citation,Falcoln), ATC - better transitions into and out of airports (no more wondering headings) better use of airports with multiple runways, flight lessons on holds, sid and stars and instrument work.
